We starting using RVA in April of 2024 when we were moving from the west coast to Georgia. Our vet in CA recommended RVA. It first started with our Blue Heeler showing signs of dental decay while my husband made a preliminary trip w/ the dog prior to the big move. He took our dog in and they suggested a cleaning with possible extractions. No judgement they said just make an appointment when we get settled. When we went to drop off our dog for her cleaning, they bring you and your pet into an exam room. So no handing off in the lobby. Much less stressful to go to the exam room with the pet. It turned out our dog needed several extractions and even required stitches. They were great no judgement. (She is well cared for just something about her mouth.) I really appreciated that they clipped her nails while under anesthesia!! And now for our cat…he was attacked by another animal a few days prior to our move so he required an immediate follow-up with RVA immediately after we arrived in GA. That’s when we first met Dr. Greener. She’s so capable and very sweet. She was so understanding that we had so much going on with our pets; all while making a big move. They have always been wonderful. We stick w/ Dr. Greener but I’ve talked to the other Dr.’s and they are all wonderful. Michelle has done the procedure hand-off twice and she’s very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. One time I had to take both pets in for shots, etc. and my cat pooped in his carrier. It was a huge disaster. Dr Greener was so compassionate and Jordan definitely went above and beyond with us. Even cleaning the cat and his carrier. Love them they are the greatest!
